The One Source portal page which included links to LMI Source, the Workforce Info Center and the Illinois Career Resource Network (ICRN) has now merged into the new IDES website.

The contents of these sites can be accessed through:

1. "Labor Market Information" under the Employers or Workforce Partners tabs; or,

2. "Career Information" under the Individuals tab.

If you cannot find what you’re looking for try the search feature. If you still need help, send us an email at des.lmi@illinois.gov.
